Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment. Where your delivery address is local we may hand deliver your order. This should result in you receiving your order faster and will still be subject to postage and packing costs.
Delivery fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Orders over £50 will qualify for Free Delivery. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Please be aware it is your responsibility to ensure the delivery address and postcode is correct. We cannot accept any responsibility for any packages lost due to an incorrect address and/or postcode if we have sent the item to the address provided. We will of course assist with all documents required to make a claim to the relevant courier.
Delivery timescales are for guidance only and not a guarantee. There are many factors which may result in a delay in you order being delivered. We can only consider that an item of post is considered missing if the item hasn't been delivered by the due date plus 10 working days for UK post and the due date plus 20 working days for post to Europe. Unfortunately we cannot take any action until these days have passed.

Due to the effects of Coronavirus along with the usual pressures on the postal service at this time of year we have extended the length of time that needs to pass before an item of post is considered missing to 20 working days for UK post. We apologise that we have to do this and would like to be clear the action taken is as a result of the courier services we use doing the same.
