  Hemp is a natural fibre and as such you can expect it to shrink slightly when washed. To compensate for this we make our inserts slightly larger than inserts made of other fibres. You can reduce shrinkage by washing on a low heat and allowing them to dry naturally. You can also help by stretching them back into shape between washing and drying.
